NAI offers a variety
of Conduction Cooled, COTS and Custom 6U VME /cPCI
AC/DC Rugged Power Supplies specifically designed
for the Rugged, Military and Commercial Aerospace
markets. Output power up to 600 Watts is available. NAI
AC/DC Military Power Supplies provide high
power-density, low profile, high reliability, and rugged
packaging. Advanced designs accept a wide range of
inputs and provide standard VME and cPCI output
configurations. All AC/DC Military Power Supplies are
designed with NAVMAT component derating and have
integrated EMI filters per MIL-STD-461. |

The 55PQ2
is a rugged, 150 watt, wedgelock conduction-cooled,
DC-DC converter with a 28Vdc input. It has standard
outputs which address the needs of VME & cPCI systems.
It provides full output power at +85°C baseplate
temperature. An onboard Micro-Controller allows for
design flexibility.. |

The
NAI model 44KS2 addresses the need for the addition of
+3.3vdc in a VME system. The 44KS2 is a VME, DC/DC
converter which converts existing system +5Vdc to
+3.3Vdc at 75 watts. The 44KS2 is a wedgelock,
conduction cooled card utilizing standard VME64x
connections. It is ideal for powering single board
computers or any other devices which utilize +3.3vdc. |

NAI offers COTS and
Custom 3U cPCI DC/DC Converters specifically
designed for the Rugged Military and Commercial
Aerospace markets. These converters are designed to plug
directly into a standard 3U cPCI rack and are conduction
cooled through the card edge/wedgelock. These advanced
designs accept a +28vdc input and provide standard cPCI
outputs. All cPCI DC/DC Converters are designed with
NAVMAT component derating and have integrated EMI
filters per MIL-STD-461. All units are specified over
their full operating temperature range at full-load
conditions.

NAI’s DC/DC
Power Converters are a family of high power-density,
low profile, conduction cooled, DC/DC converters. These
converters have inputs of either 28Vdc or 270Vdc and
output configurations of single dual or triple. They are
available from 25 watts through 150 watts and are
specifically designed for the rugged-Military and
Commercial Aerospace markets. All NAI DC/DC converters
are designed with NAVMAT component derating and have
integrated EMI filters per MIL-STD-461. All units are
specified over their full operating temperature range at
full-load conditions. |

Military Power Supplies are a family of high
power-density, low profile power supplies. They are
specifically designed for the rugged-Military and
Commercial Aerospace markets. They are available in
configurations of up to 3 outputs, with output power
from 25 watts through 1,500 watts. These units accept a
multiple configuration AC input as well as a +270Vdc
input. All AC/DC Military power supplies are designed
with NAVMAT component derating and integrated EMI
filters per MIL-STD-461. All units are specified over
their full operating temperature range at full-load
conditions. |

Power Monitor |
|
The NAI iPM is an
advanced, compact, DSP based system power monitor
providing a precise instrument grade digital analysis of
input power lines. The iPM will monitor single phase,
three phase 4-wire wye or three phase Delta power lines
at various input voltage levels and frequencies.
This monitor is equipped with an EIA RS485 compatible
serial communications interface that permits additional
control functions and readout of diagnostic data and
features a background self-test that constantly monitors
the health of unit hardware and software. This NAI power
monitor is designed and qualified to the most stringent
performance and environmental requirements. |

The PAA
and PLA are AC powered Phase Sequence Monitors which
protect Three Phase Loads from damage due to Phase
Reversals or Phase Absence |
